Panasonic fans will be able to get their hands on a selection of Lumix cameras and lenses during a 24-day program of events at National Trust properties this Spring and Summer. Covering 12 of the most iconic NT sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the roadshow provides a chance of visitors to capture the beauty and wonder of these historic venues with a proper camera instead of their smartphone.
Each of the events will be hosted by Panasonic Lumix ambassadors and the Lumix Photography team, who will be on hand to introduce new users to the straightforward operating system of the Lumix cameras and who will offer hints and tips so guests can improve the quality of their images. Visitors will be able to borrow Lumix G bodies and lenses, as well as TZ compact cameras and FZ bridge models, and guided walks will be on offer in some locations. The service is free once the normal property entrance fee has been paid, and you will be expected to provide contact details to borrow equipment.
Panasonic is the official photography partner of the National Trust, and has been hosting these roadshows for three years. The National Trust has its own group of dedicated photography rangers who use Lumix G9 and GH5 cameras to document the work the Trust does across the country.
