For one I found myself in the right place at the right time! This is a popular shot amongst North East photographers, but it was the first time I have managed to get a really good sunset behind the bridges, Sage and Baltic on the River Tyne. The final image is made up of three separate shots. One exposure covered most of the scene, with a second for the very brightest part of the sky behind the Sage. I then waited about an hour, being very careful not to move the camera or tripod to capture a frame with the building and street lights. All three were then blended in PS CC using luminosity masks. A bit of work, but I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
