Looks an idyllic spot to spend a few lazy afternoons and evenings enjoying a mojito or two and watching the sun go down. Slightly OTT processing (as is my usual mode with Topaz) to give vivid colours and high level of detail, which I personally like but know that this slightly Disneyesque take on life isn’t to everybody’s taste. I don’t prescribe to the idea that photography has to be about realism. There’s room for a bit of fantasy too, and this is a real fantasy shot.

I totally agree with you, yes it is OTT processing but like you I have purposely done that to create a comic like image, some shots just need to be Topazed and this was one of them, nothing wrong in that I say!

I love the strong textures it’s brought out.

Thanks Vicky, sometimes I do have to be careful not to go too overboard on the PP!
