What a beauty, Gerry, and superbly captured. Was it hand-held? I’ve just bought myself some ex. tubes as you suggested sometime ago so will start looking for opportunities to use them now. James
Class, Gerry. The Red Damselfly against the green background, the detail in the wings and a hint of wing shadow on the leaf. Great stuff, and a like it from me.

Fantastic shot. These time of shots always amaze me, it must take great patience to get these type of shots and difficult to get them so pin sharp and capture the details. Expertly done as always.

Thanks Dean, he was a fine looking specimen, with a lovely colour.

Thanks James, yes hand held. A steady hand and a good SS is all you need. We’re in the ex-tube season, so good luck.
