I took this portrait of famous New York photography icon Louis Mendes straight off the subway. There isnt much time with street photography to get it right or wrong. Have a look at my EXIF data and you will see how wrong this picture is. I am set at 1600iso on a bright day. If your a pixel peeper this will make you wince. The fact is that I had just been shooting pictures in the depths of the subway a second before and rushed up to meet this guy. before he crossed the road up top. Now what do you do, miss the shot or mash your camera for the right ISO? That indeed is the question!
