An early morning walk up in my home town of Scarborough for Christmas led to a story for the regional paper. This little Bridled Guillemot found floundered on the beach after a stormy night. Luckily the local sea life centre staff patrol the beach for stricken wildlife and this little chap was saved. I took a series of pictures for the Yorkshire Post, including the staff holding the rescued bird which will be published as a photo story tomorrow. Always carry your camera, you never know what you will find .
