Sometimes it's a good idea to just play with the everyday objects around you.

I like the composition on this John, almost like the far one is watching the near one a dynamic relationship between them.

      I agree Colin,
This small shoot started as a simple capture of an ‘element’ I wanted to use in Body Wurkz Part 2 – Goddess but when I put the two masks together in the frame they started to tell their own story. We are all hard wired to read more into face like objects than may actually be there.

Very clever image, you’ve managed to create a chemistry between the masks, I’m almost expecting to see eyes appearing in the masks. Nice one John.

Like it. As others have said, you have managed to create a slightly menacing scenario from two inanimate objects by clever composition and focusing. Good one.

    Cheers peeps,
I’ve had very good reactions to this one all round. Last night I loaded it onto my phone and passed it around a few friends in my local as a sort of photographic Rorschach test. Everybody liked it – but also had their own interpretation of the ‘story’ it told; one woman totally reversing the ‘male’ and ‘female’ characters most people see šŸ™‚
