    Juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker (only the juvenile has the all-red crown that can just be seen in your photo) and Starling (top) … why not step-up the ISO? You should get a sharper picture … I would try at ISO400 or even ISO800 with fast moving subjects like this. At ISO800 your shutter-speed would have been 1/2000 which should be OK
